The whole experience of locating the hotel, check in and access to the room was simple. The front desk was extremely friendly on arrival, my room was ready for check in (and my booking accurate) - and for a nice change, it was actually in close proximity to the lifts and my room close by on reaching my floor. The room was impressive, an entire apartment, which well appointed kitchen, including a full size refrigerator, small oven, dishwasher, full size washing machine and dryer. Lounge suite, desk, and of course an exceptionally comfortable bed. One plus is they had an actual, full size and correctly functioning air conditioning unit - which was a blessing for someone like me who struggles with the vented rooms found in larger hotels. The room was quiet, and clean. This is the sort of place you can spend a week and actually provision yourself for.

The apartment was roomy and had all the things we needed (washing machine, drier, dishwasher, kitchen facilities and utensils, pots & pans etc). Washing powder, dishwashing liquid, & some toiletries (shampoo, cond, wash, moisturiser) were available. We were able to get into our room early as it happened to be ready which was awesome after getting off the cruise ship early on the morning. Location awesome. Woolworths & fast food outlets within walking distance, as well as rental car companies.

Very convenient location in downtown, walking distance to everything. They had a package for a room + parking (which we needed) + breakfast for two. It was a great deal for the price, parking is in the next building, breakfast was tasty with good food selection. They have a lot of plugs, including regular, USB and wireless charger in the room, which was great as it was our first day in NZ and we didn't have a plug converter yet. The room was quite and spacious and the staff is helpful.

The location was easy access to the grocery store, nice restaurants , buses and the ferry system. The staff was helpful if we needed something( milk, tea bags, sugar, towels etc) we asked and they brought it up or just handed it to us. loved the city❤️ the washer and dryer ran quietly so we were able to use them at night. Was a great place to spend a week in.

The kitchen was a generous size and had most things you would need like dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave,utensils etc. All in all we were pretty pleased and would stay again!
